Should I buy a used Manhattan Fraser?

-The body is in great shape with new interior and i could careless about the engine since i plan on buying a whole new engine, fuel pump, and all the other good stuff in between as a little project. Im just not to sure if the investment is worth it or not. Opinions are greatly needed!!!! :D
