In Texas, can you update car buyer's order to add the lien holders information and pay off date?

-Two weeks ago I traded in my car and bought a new one from a dealer in Houston. The lien holder has yet to be contacted by the dealer about paying off the balance on my trade in loan. What's worse, I already made a monthly payment, and the bank says I am responsible for all future payments until it is paid off - even though the car isn't even in my possession!



The signed buyer's order clearly states the balance owed on my trade in, but it doesn't include any of the lien holders (my bank) information or a pay off date. Can I go to the dealer and have them update the buyer's order to include a payoff date, FOR THIS WEEK considering it's already been over two weeks and I am accruing interest every day?
