Lemon car? 2002 Honda Accord EX coupe $4,500 with 135k miles?

-The miles for the year seem okay, just wondering about the price. On KBB i says its value is at $6,135 in good condition, id appreciate your opinion and advice thank you.1. Miles have absolutely nothing to do with the condition of the car, so how would they "seem okay"?



2. The Lemon law, and the term "lemon car" by association, ONLY apply to new cars, that meet a certain repair criteria. NO USED CAR IS A LEMON. It's only a used car.
